Dive into summer at Bellevue!

Pre-K–3rd graders can have a blast at CampOutrageous (Bellevue’s VBS), students can have fun with their friends and learn more about God at summer camp, and adults of all ages can find joy in serving our city through Mission Memphis. Summer also brings unique opportunities for recreation, including Adventure Kids for K–5th graders, and worship, through events like Awesome August.

Camps and Retreats

Young Adults Summer Retreat

Come savor the trees and mountains of Nunnelly, Tennessee! At Young Adults Retreat, singles in their 20s–mid-30s can unwind in nature, spend quality time with other believers, and take time out of their normal schedules to draw near to God.

Camp Ocoee | Middle School Camp

Students in 6th–8th grade are invited to the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Beyond the ropes course, waterslide, and paintball, students who come to Camp Ocoee get to make new friends, worship God, and learn how the Gospel can change their lives right where they are.

Beach Week | High School Camp

Students in 9th–12th grade are invited to the beaches of Florida with High School Ministry. Jump in the ocean, drain a three at the basketball tournament, then join us as we worship, God, form deep friendships, and discover how Jesus changes lives.

4th + 5th Grade Summer Camp

Students from 4th and 5th grade, come on out for a few days of swimming, zip-lining, ropes courses and more! Along the way, we’ll learn what it means to have a relationship with God and how to better understand the Bible.

CampOutrageous

Ready, Set, Roadtrip!—this summer, CampOutrageous is turning the halls of Bellevue into the highways of America!

Children in Pre-K–5th grade are invited to Bellevue’s VBS for an exciting week of biblical truth, crafts, recreation, and a musical presentation. Through this year’s theme, kids will learn about the grand story of the Bible and the life of adventure Jesus invites us to, one where we go and tell others about God’s love.

It’s truly not just another campout—it’s CampOutrageous!

Summer Recreation

Adventure Kids

Summertime means the kids are home—it’s fun, but it’s a lot of work too. That’s why Bellevue Recreation is hosting Adventure Kids for children in K–5th grade! This June and July, parents can take a few mornings off and know their kids are staying safe and having a good time.

We’ll have sports, snacks, music and cooking classes, and laser tag for the kids to enjoy. But more than that, each day’s activities will be infused with biblical truth so children can grow in their faith as they have fun. Registration opens May 12. More information coming soon.

Awesome August

Our annual Awesome August series is a time to come back together as a church family following a busy summer season. We will worship together, hear from amazing guest speakers, and grow together through fellowship. Past years have brought special guests like Robby Gallaty, pastor of Long Hollow Church in Hendersonville, TN, musicians Charity Gayle and Mac Powell, as well as Jim Cymbala, pastor of Brooklyn Tabernacle in New York.

More details concerning this year’s guests, as well as other exciting information, will be made available in the summer.
