Bellevue Baptist Church is privileged to present four annual presentations to the public. The Bellevue Orchestra, Bellevue Choir, Youth Choirs, and several hundred lay volunteers join together to make these wonderful events possible. The purposes of these events range from entertaining to celebrating the holidays to spreading the Gospel – but all centered on giving glory to God!
Camp Outrageous is our new Vacation Bible School. Designed for children ages 4 years to 5th grade, it is a week of games, crafts, snacks, and entertainment. Kids get to see a live dramatic production unfold each day, full of energetic worship music, special effects, and lovable characters. Join us this year from June 7-11, and come see the full production on the night of June 11, 12, or 13.
Starlight Spectacular is our patriotic outdoor concert even and is usually presented the last Sunday in June. The Bellevue Orchestra along with guests artists perform on the northeast lawn by the ball fields. Guests can enjoy fair-style food and watch our large fireworks display accompanied by the Bellevue Orchestra. Pastor Gaines will share the Gospel in this time of fun and fellowship for people of all ages.
The Singing Christmas Tree is a holiday favorite. Our youth choirs and the Bellevue Orchestra present this Christmas presentation in December. The Singing Christmas Tree incorporates drama, choreography, and holiday music to present a dramatic story that includes elements of the birth of Christ and the true meaning of Christmas.
The week before Christmas marks the last of our presentations: the Majesty of Christmas. Performed by our own Bellevue Choir and Orchestra, the Majesty of Christmas is a musical celebration of the birth of Christ. Music of different styles is arranged to worship our Lord God and give honor and glory to His name.
