Paul Adams
LIBRARIAN
Paul serves as the Director of the Bellevue Library. He also serves as staff liaison for the Library Committee and Historical Committee. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Library Director at Crichton College and Financial Secretary at Mid-South Bible College. Paul holds a Master of Library Science from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Mid-South Bible College.
Mark Alexander
DIRECTOR, DESIGN SERVICES
Mark is the production designer for Bellevue’s special events, including the Singing Christmas Tree, Memphis Passion Play, Majesty, and the MAC Musical. He also is responsible for ensuring that all new and existing buildings meet the needs of Bellevue staff and membership by working with architects and designers. Before filling this position, Mark was responsible for overseeing Bellevue’s publications, and he has also worked designing commercial interiors. Mark volunteers at Bellevue as a leader for student choir tours and winter camps and as an actor in special productions. Mark and his wife, Sandra, have one son, Ian.
Jim Barnwell
DIRECTOR, COMMUNICATIONS
Jim oversees Bellevue’s Print Communications, Media, and Technical Services departments. He came to Bellevue as Communications Assistant in 1988, directed Bellevue’s television broadcast from 1988-2004, and has served as Director, Communications since 2004. Before coming to Bellevue, Jim served as Minister of Media at First Baptist Church in Bossier City, Louisiana, and he worked several years in the real estate, oil, and gas businesses. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Jim and his wife, Donita, have two daughters: Beth Foster and Blair.
Tom Baugh
DIRECTOR, IMPACT MINISTRY CENTER
Tom directs Impact Ministries of Memphis, Bellevue’s ministry center in Frayser. He also coordinates Community Missions block parties, the Back to School Giveaway, and Operation Family Christmas. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Union University, a Master of Religious Education from Southern Seminary, and a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from the University of Louisville. Before coming to Bellevue, he worked as Director of Operations at St. Peter Home for Children in Memphis and as a social worker. Tom teaches a men’s Bible Fellowship class at Bellevue. He and his wife, Barbara, have one daughter, Sara.
Andy Beal
MINISTER, SPORTS OUTREACH
Andy’s responsibilities include the administration of youth and adult sports leagues, organization of baseball chapel services at Gameday Baseball, and hosting of FCA sports camps for area high school teams. Andy also teaches “The Exchanged Life” through Bellevue’s DiscipleLife Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, he played minor league baseball for the New York Yankees Organization for five years. Andy holds a Bachelor in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Andy and his wife, Tracey, have one daughter, Laurel, and they are expecting their second child in late April.

ASSISTANT TO ADMINISTRATOR, CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
Mardi assists in the direction of Children’s Worship, outreach to elementary schools, Vacation Bible School, Mission Kids, summer camp, the Family Fun Festival, and Children’s Ministry special events. Before coming to Bellevue, she worked as a school principal, teacher, counselor, and social worker. Mardi holds a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Samford University. Mardi and her husband, Mark, have two children: Kristen and Hunter.

MINISTER, BIBLICAL GUIDANCE
Mark provides individual, marital, pre-marital, and family counseling through Bellevue’s Biblical Guidance Ministry. He also teaches a men’s Bible Fellowship class. Before coming to Bellevue, Mark served as Clinical Pastoral Education Resident at Methodist Hospital Central and in the Intake and Assessment Department at Charter Lakeside Hospital. Mark holds a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, an Educational Specialist Degree, a Master of Education in Counseling/Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology from the State University of West Georgia. Mark and his wife, Linda, have two sons: Cameron and Carter.
Kelley Brown
DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTING
Kelley is responsible for overseeing payment of the church’s bills, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling the church’s accounts, preparing monthly reports, preparing for the church’s annual audit. Before coming to Bellevue, Kelley worked as International Tax Analyst for International Paper and as Senior Staff Accountant for local CPA firms. Kelley holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Christian Brothers University. He is also a licensed CPA. Kelley and his wife, Suzanne, have one son, Cole.
Darrell Clarke
MINISTER, BIBLICAL GUIDANCE/PASTORAL CARE
Darrell has served as Minister, Biblical Guidance/Pastoral Care since October 1, 2005. He also teaches Bible Fellowship and DiscipleLife and is involved in the Bellevue Sportsmen Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, Darrell pastored churches in Tennessee, Missouri, Indiana, and Kentucky. Darrell holds a Doctor of Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Union University. Darrell’s wife, Diane, went home to be with the Lord in December, 2007. Darrell and Diane have three children: David, Deborah, and Dawn; and two grandchildren: Madison and Karlie.

David is responsible for overseeing the administration of the church. Before coming to Bellevue, David worked as Chief Financial Officer for Anderson Tully Company. David holds a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from the University of Memphis. David and his wife, Cheryl, have four children and five grandchildren.

Steve oversees Bellevue’s Media Ministry and Worship Production. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Director of Media Ministry at First Baptist Raytown in Kansas City. Steve holds a Master in Education Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia. Steve and his wife, Paula have two daughters: Jennifer and Stephanie.
Mike Crouch
MINISTER, DISCIPLESHIP & MEDIAN 1 ADULTS
Mike is responsible for developing opportunities for believers to mature in their walks with Christ through small group involvement, ministry engagement, and classroom instruction. He leads the DiscipleLife Ministry for adults on Wednesday evenings and Bible Fellowship classes for Median 1 Adults on Sunday mornings. Mike is also active in Bellevue’s Prison Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, Mike served as pastor of churches in Tennessee and Mississippi. He holds a Ph.D. and Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Union University. Mike and his wife, Wendy, have one daughter, Merribrooke.
Eric Eanes
MINISTER, EVANGELISM / OUTREACH / MEDIAN 2 ADULTS
Eric oversees Bellevue’s Evangelism Explosion and G.R.O.W. Ministries, organizes follow-up outreach after church-wide events, and provides leadership for Median 2 Adult Bible Fellowship classes. Eric also works with the Men’s Ministry to coordinate Morning Manna and teaches and adult Bible Fellowship class. While attending seminary, Eric served as an intern in Bellevue’s Community Missions Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, Eric had a private medical practice in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, and worked as Staff Physician at Virginia Tech. Eric holds a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, a Doctor of Medicine from Marshall University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Marshall University. Eric and his wife, Penny, have one daughter, Olivia.
Michael Ellis
PASTOR, IMPACT BAPTIST CHURCH AND MINISTRIES
Dr. Michael Ellis serves as Pastor of Impact Baptist Church, Bellevue’s church plant in the Frayser community. Before coming to Bellevue, Dr. Ellis worked as Director of a sports center for Memphis Athletic Ministries, as Clinical Manager for Porter Leath Children’s Center, and served for 21 years in the U.S. Navy. He holds a Doctorate of Theology and a Doctorate of Religious Philosophy in Christian Counseling. Michael and his wife, Angie, have six children and two grandchildren.
Jamie Fish
MINISTER, BIBLICAL GUIDANCE
Jamie provides daily leadership for Bellevue’s Biblical Guidance Ministry, Care Group Ministry, training of laity for counseling, mediation and counseling ministry, and Crown Financial Counseling. Before joining the Bellevue staff, Jamie served with Campus Crusade for Christ. Jamie holds a Masters of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ball State University. Jamie and his wife, Cindy, have three children: Ashley, James, and Banner.

CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR
Chip is responsible for overseeing church budgeting, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Bookstore, and Library. He also works with the Finance Committee, Insurance Committee, Personnel Committee, and Budget Planning Committee. Before filling this position, Chip served Bellevue as Financial Administrator and Director of Accounting. Before coming to Bellevue, he worked as an International Tax Analyst for International Paper and in public accounting for Ernst & Young, LLP. Chip holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is also a licensed CPA. Chip and his wife, Misty, have two children: Barrett and Elli.

MINISTER, INDOOR RECREATION
Chris oversees adult basketball, adult volleyball, youth basketball, aerobics/fitness, and Bellevue’s indoor recreation facilities. He also works with the Benevolence Team and Recreation Committee. Chris volunteers at Bellevue through Truth Project, Bellevue Sportsmen, and Bible Fellowship. Before coming to Bellevue, Chris worked as an athletic supervisor, coach, and minister of students. He holds a Master of Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Exercise Physiology from Northeast Louisiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Northeast Louisiana University. Chris and his wife, Julie Anne, have two daughters, Bethany Nicole and Avery Joy.

Bro. Steve serves as Bellevue’s Pastor. Before coming to Bellevue, he was Pastor of First Baptist Church in Gardendale, Alabama; West Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson, Tennessee; and Lake Shore Baptist Church in Lake Dallas, Texas. Bro. Steve served as President of the Pastors' Conference of the Southern Baptist Convention in 2005, and he was a member of the Baptist Faith and Message Study Committee in 1999-2000. He has published two books, Morning Manna and When God Comes to Church. Bro. Steve holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Preaching and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science from Union University. Bro. Steve and his wife, Donna, have four children: Grant, Lindsey, Allison, and Bethany.

Mark oversees Bellevue’s ministry and Bible Fellowship program for adults. Before coming to Bellevue, Mark served as Associate Pastor of Providence Baptist church in Memphis. He holds a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Science in Education from Southwest Missouri State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southwest Missouri State University. Mark and his wife, Diane, have three children: Zachary, Kyle, and Alexis.

BIBLICAL GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
Linda serves as a ladies counselor in the Biblical Guidance Ministry and oversees the Care Ministry ladies groups. She has received certification in Biblical Counseling and is a Certified Professional Secretary. Linda served at Bellevue for 35 years as the Administrative Assistant to the Pastor, for 33 years under Dr. Adrian Rogers and three years under Dr. Steve Gaines. Before coming to Bellevue, she worked for eight years at the Sunday School Board of the Southern Baptist Convention (now LifeWay Christian Resources). She is a member of the Agape Bible Fellowship class, leads the Steadfast Hope Care Group, and serves as a counselor for ladies who make decisions during Worship Services. Linda and her husband, Mickey, have been married for 43 years.

Paula oversees the Music Arts for Children and Banner Ministries. She previously served Bellevue as costuming and prop assistant for Living Pictures, Singing Christmas Tree, and Memphis Passion Play. She served as a children's Bible Fellowship teacher, on missions projects, and in English as a Second Language. Paula holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education from University of Memphis. Before coming on staff at Bellevue, she worked as a Memphis City School teacher and as a teller at Bank of America. Paula and her husband, Clint, have two daughters, Heather Ellis and Kimberly Bugg, and two grandchildren, Michael and Abigail Ellis.

FACILITY AND GROUNDS ADMINISTRATOR
Kevin supervises Bellevue’s Operations department, which includes Housekeeping, Maintenance, Grounds, Food Services, Energy Management, Security, and Hostess. He also serves through missions projects, Community Missions, Men’s Ministry, and Bible Fellowship. Before coming to Bellevue, Kevin worked as Assistant Director of Food Services at Rhodes College and as Shift Supervisor at Dobbs House International. He and his wife, Georgia Anne, have two children, Leslianne Newberry and Hunter Haley; and two grandchildren, Aveyn and Stone Newberry.
Gregg Hauss
DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR, BELLEVUE ARLINGTON
Gregg serves as the Discipleship Pastor for the new Arlington satellite campus, where he oversees outreach/visitation to prospects, small groups, and member development. He also provides pastoral care and ministry to the body of believers at the Arlington campus. Before filling this position, Gregg served as one of Bellevue’s student pastors for 18 years, working for nine years as Minister, Junior High, and nine years as Minister, Senior High. Gregg also serves at Bellevue as a Recreation Ministry soccer and basketball coach, Morning Manna group leader, and through Community and International Missions. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Minister, Students at Peachtree Corners Baptist Church in Norcross, Georgia. Gregg holds a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Memphis, where he played football for the Tigers. Gregg and his wife, Allyson, have been married 22 years and have three children: Kimberlee (20), Stephen (18), and Callie Beth (11).
Carolyn Higginbotham
DIRECTOR, PRAYER MINISTRY
Carolyn oversees Bellevue’s Prayer Ministry. Her past responsibilities at Bellevue have included Graded Choir Coordinator, Costume Coordinator, and Banner Coordinator. Carolyn has also taught the Philathea Bible Fellowship class for over 30 years. Before coming to Bellevue, she worked as a professional dress maker, file clerk, and secretary. Carolyn attended Tennessee Temple College and Arkansas State College. Carolyn and her husband, Chuck, have two children, Suzanne Dickey and Eddie Higginbotham; and two grandchildren, Kyle and Heidi Higginbotham.

Leslie ministers to Bellevue’s middle school and high school girls through weekly Bible study, devotions, and special events. Before coming to Bellevue, she taught at Piedmont Elementary School in Piedmont, Alabama. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from Jacksonville State University. She is married to Ronnie Hollowell.
Deborah Houseal
DIRECTOR, CHILDREN'S PROGRAMMING
Deborah oversees Children’s Worship, Vacation Bible School, Camp SonQuest, Family Fun Festival, Mother/Daughter Retreat, Father/Daughter Banquets, Mission Kids, and other special events for children. Before coming to Bellevue, Deborah worked as a school teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Memphis. Deborah’s son, Robert Collin, is married to Vikki, and has two daughters, Rivers Hope and Lillian Grace. Deborah has another son, Michael Trevor.
Jeff Howard
DIRECTOR, STUDENT DISCIPLESHIP and 6TH GRADE
Jeff Howard serves as the Student Discipleship Director, encouraging students to grow closer to the Lord. He previously worked at Bellevue as the bookstore manager, and has also worked as the president of a family furniture business, the Memphis Home Furnishing Association. Jeff has been a Bible Fellowship class leader in the Student Ministry for ten years, has served as a deacon, and has been involved with Evangelism Explosion and the Car Care ministry. Jeff and his wife Denise have a daughter Joy, a college freshman, and Jeremy, a seventh grader.
Ron Jerkins
ASSISTANT, PASTORAL CARE
Ron assists the Pastoral Care ministerial staff with visitation to hospitals, shut-ins, and nursing homes, as well as funerals and bereavement calls. He also serves as a consultant to the Lord’s Supper Committee. Ron’s past responsibilities at Bellevue have included Director of Information Systems, and Director of Accounting and Finance. Ron also teaches a Meridian Adult Bible Fellowship class and helps lead the Grief Share Ministry. Ron attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, and he holds an MBA in Management from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UT Martin. Ron and his wife, Sara, have a son, Phillip, who is married to Carrie and has three children: Mara, Emily, and Becca. Ron and Sara’s daughter, Leah, is married to Dan and has two children: Frances and Walt.

Sara oversees Bellevue’s ministry to children. She also works with the Children’s Facility Renovation Committee, Childhood Education Committee, and “Bellevue Loves Memphis” staff committee. Before coming to Bellevue, Sara worked as a school teacher. She holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis. Sara and her husband, Ron, have a son, Phillip, who is married to Carrie and has three children: Mara, Emily, and Becca. Ron and Sara’s daughter, Leah Butler, is married to Dan Butler and has two children: Frances and Walt.

Joe oversees hospital visitation, Homebound Ministry, Bereavement Ministry, counseling, and Care Groups. He also preached in the Prayer and Praise Service on Wednesday evenings and teaches a Bible Fellowship class. Before coming to Bellevue, Joe served as Pastor of Boulevard Baptist Church. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University. Joe and his wife, Becky, have two daughters, Molly and Abby, and one granddaughter, Madison.

Rick manages Bellevue’s Bookstore. He also volunteers at Bellevue as a teacher in the Student Ministry and Adult Education Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, he worked in Assets Protection with Target Stores and with Lifeway Christian Stores. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Tennessee Technological University. He and his wife, Anna, have four children: Hope, Marty, Alyce, and Montana, and one grandchild on the way.

Gwen oversees Bellevue’s Childcare Ministry. She has been on staff at Bellevue for nine years, serving as a Preschool Coordinator and the Assistant Director of Childcare before becoming the Childcare Director. Before coming to Bellevue, Gwen worked as a teacher and was a member of Jordan Baptist Church for 25 years, where she served as a pianist in Children’s church and taught third grade girls. Gwen and her husband David have been married for 35 years and have three children, Sarah Greene, Adam, and Katie Steward, and one grandchild, Sophie Caroline.

Marge oversees Bellevue’s Women’s Ministry and works with the Women’s Ministry Committee. Before coming to Bellevue, she worked as a teacher in Memphis City Schools. Marge holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Belmont University. Marge and her husband, Ed, have two children, Mark and Evan, and two grandchildren, Molly and Elizabeth.
Kathy Lewis
DIRECTOR, CHILDREN'S DISCIPLESHIP
Kathy oversees Bible Fellowship for grades 1-5, Children’s DiscipleLife, Kids’ EE, Bible Drill, Bible memory, curriculum development, and teacher training. She is also involved in Treadwell Elementary tutoring and the Intercessory Prayer Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, she worked as an elementary school teacher. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Kathy and her husband, Tom, have three children: Chad, Mark, and Amy, and one grandchild: Thomas.
Doyal Long
MINISTER, BIBLICAL GUIDANCE/PASTORAL CARE
Doyal ministers through hospital visits, bereavement calls, funerals, home and facility visits, Homebound Ministry, and Widows’ Ministry. He also gives leadership to church clerks, counseling room activities, and baptism scheduling/administration. Before coming to Bellevue, Doyal served as Chaplain at Baptist Hospitals in Tipton County and Lauderdale County. He holds a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Crichton College. Doyal and his wife, Barbara Ann, have two children, Shari and Andrew, and one grandson, Ryan Thomas.
Mario Maldonado
MINISTER, HISPANIC MINISTRY
Mario serves as the Director of the Hispanic Ministry and the pastor of Iglesia Bella Vista. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Minister of Music and Youth at Central Baptist Church in Tegucigalpa, Honduras; Minister of Music at Iglesia Bautista Hispana in Kenner, Louisiana; Minister of Music at West Hialeah Baptist Church in Hialeah, Florida; and pastor of the Hispanic congregations of Calvary Baptist Church in Slidell, Louisiana, and Brownsville Baptist Church in Brownsville, Tennessee. Mario studied Computer Science at the University of New Orleans and Church Music at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Mario and his wife, Nora, have two daughters: Nora Elizabeth and Allison Eunice.

MINISTER, MISSIONS
Steve oversees Bellevue’s International, National, and Community Missions Ministries as well as Disaster Relief. In 1995, he received the Partnership Church Award from the Home Mission Board for outstanding achievement in church planting. Before coming to Bellevue, Steve served as Pastor of Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany, Indiana. Steve is a graduate of Lambuth University and has done graduate work at Indiana University. He holds an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Graceland College. Steve and his wife, Ellie, have two children: Brent and Amanda.

STUDENT PASTOR
Matt Serves as Student Pastor. Before coming to Bellevue in 2009, he served as Student Minister at First Baptist Church of Owensboro, Kentucky. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from Union University. Matt and his wife, Rachel, have one daughter, Addison.
Debbie Mathis
DIRECTOR, PRESCHOOL MINISTRY
Debbie oversees Bellevue’s Preschool Ministry and serves with the Preschool Education Committee. She has previously served with the Bible Drill program and the Grief Share program. Before coming to Bellevue, Debbie taught in Memphis City Schools, Frayser Baptist Academy, and at Southwest Community College. She holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Memphis. Debbie has two daughters: Rachael Mathis and Kelly Kopchak.
Kent Mathis
MINISTER, MISSIONS
As the Minister of Missions, Kent is responsible for planning all national and international mission projects. He has been at Bellevue since 1990 and served in the Communications Department and Singles Ministry before becoming Minister of Missions in April 2006. Kent has a Masters of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Columbus College. Kent and his wife Melissa have two children, Andrew Palmer and Stephen Allen.
Donny Mayo
DIRECTOR, YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
Donny Mayo serves as Director, Young Adult Ministry. He has been a member of Bellevue for almost 20 years. Donny began working at Bellevue in early 2008, in the Bellevue Loves Memphis Ministry. He moved to his position in the Young Adult Ministry in May 2009. Donny and his wife, Kathryn, were married in July of 2009.

STUDENT PASTOR
Will serves as Student Pastor. Before coming to Bellevue in 2009, Will worked at Impact Logistics, Inc. as Director, Risk Management. Dianne serves as Administrative Assistant to Dr. Steve Gaines. Dianne has worked at Bellevue over 40 years, and she has served as Administrative Assistant to former Associate Pastors Mark Dougharty, Bob Sorrell, and Elmer Bailey, former Business Administrator George Rush, and former Pastor Ramsey Pollard. In addition to her work on staff, Dianne also blesses the church with her musical talents as a faithful member of the Bellevue Choir and as an accompanist for the Studio 45 Choirs and Ensembles. Dianne and her husband, Gordon, have two daughters, Renee Baxter and Stephanie Mills, and one granddaughter, Dawn Baxter.

Travis oversees ministry to Bellevue’s college students and he works with the Christian Education and Education—College Committees. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Campus Minister at the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama. Travis holds a Master of Arts in Church and Community Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mobile. Travis is married to Jennifer.

Tony oversees Bellevue’s Technical Services Department and works with the Sound/Lighting Committee. He has also served Bellevue as Director, Event Planning. Before coming to Bellevue, Tony served as Media Coordinator at First Baptist Church in Norfolk, Virginia, and Director of Media at Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Tony attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College. He and his wife, Annette, have two children, Andrew and Kayla.

Phil serves as Campus Pastor at Bellevue Arlington, Bellevue’s satellite church in the Arlington community. Before beginning his ministry with Bellevue Arlington, Phil served as Bellevue’s Student Pastor for 24 years. He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and holds degrees in Music and Theatre from Arkansas Tech University. Phil and his wife, Jeanne, have one son, Tyler, who is married to Leslianne and has two children, Aevyn and Stone. Phil and Jeanne's daughter, Natalie, lives in Jackson, Tennessee.

Skip oversees Bellevue’s ministry and Bible Fellowship program for meridian and senior adults. He is also responsible for the Forerunners Ministry and Car Care Ministry. Before coming to Bellevue, Skip was Pastor of First Baptist Church in Milan, Tennessee. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary, a Master of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Alabama. Skip and his wife, Jeanie, have one son, Nathan, who is married to Wendi and has three children: Joshua, Evie, and Lailie. Skip and Jeanie’s daughter, Leslie, is married to Jimmy Mauldin.

Candy serves as Church Hostess. She oversees all Bellevue wedding rehearsals, weddings, and receptions; serves as Church Hostess for various church functions and special events; oversees the Tour Guide Ministry; works with the Decorations Committee; and organizes hostesses for special events. She also oversees the daily operation of the Events Registration Center. Before coming to Bellevue, Candy worked at the home offices of Holiday Inns, Inc. and as a stay-at-home mom. She taught 2nd grade Bible Fellowship at Bellevue for 26 years before joining the Bellevue staff. Candy and her husband, Carmon, have one daughter, Wren, who is married to Jim Robbins.

Jason oversees ministry to Bellevue’s 6th-12th grade students. His ministry goal is to partner with parents, leaders, and students to grow in the areas of disciple-making, service, and community. This is done through a variety of opportunities, all meant to lead toward making an impact in the Kingdom. Jason served as the Middle School Pastor at Bellevue before assuming his current role. Before coming to Bellevue, Jason served as the Student Pastor at West Jackson Baptist Church in Jackson, Tennessee. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Union University, and he has completed courses toward a Masters in Christian Education. Jason and his wife, Dorie, have three children: Lane, Marleigh, and Madelyn.

Russ oversees Bellevue¹s ministry to single adults in their 40s and 50s. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Pastor of the Spencer County Campus of Highview Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. Russ holds a Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Greek/Religion and Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union University. He is currently working to complete a Doctorate of Philosophy in New Testament Studies from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Russ and his wife, Laura, have five daughters: Hannah Grace, Sarah Katherine, Ellen Elizabeth, Abigail Rose, and Mary Allison.

Ken directs Bellevue’s Middle School and Senior High Choirs and student ensembles. He also assists the Minister of Music with the adult choir and orchestra, praise teams, worship planning, directing, and special productions. Ken provides music for Forerunners and other church ministries as needed. Before coming to Bellevue, Ken served as Director of Instrumental Music at Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. He holds a Master in Music Education from Mississippi State University. Ken and his wife, Susan, have two children: Katie and Hunter.

Robin is responsible for recruiting, employing, and retaining qualified employees to support the ministry of Bellevue. She also works with the Personnel Committee. Before coming to Bellevue, Robin worked as Director of HR at GEOBOT, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Memphis and is certified as a Human Resources professional by the Certification Institute, Society of Human Resources Management. Robin and her husband, Jimmy, have one son, Matthew.

Scotty oversees Bellevue’s Recreation Ministry and serves as staff liaison for the Benevolence and Recreation Committees. He also teaches an adult Bible Fellowship class. He has previously served through Bellevue’s Senior Adults, Military, Women’s, and Missions Ministries. Before coming to Bellevue, Scotty served as Activities and Youth Director at Alta Woods Baptist Church and coached and taught in public schools. He holds a Master of Education in Secondary School Administration and Physical Education from Mississippi State University. Scotty and his wife, Judy, have three children: Jenny, Dan, and Dale, and five grandchildren: Brady, Toby, Gracie, Mary Clark, and John Evan.

He holds a Bachelors of Business in Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis. Josh and his wife, Lee, have one son, Christian.

Bill’s responsibilities at Bellevue include counseling members and non-members and visiting homebound Bellevue members in assisted living residencies and their homes. Before coming to Bellevue, Bill served as Minister of Pastoral Care at Gardendale’s First Baptist Church in Alabama; Pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church in Olive Branch, Mississippi; and Pastor of Grace Baptist Church in Jackson, Tennessee. Bill holds a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Memphis. Before coming to Bellevue, Carter worked as a freelance trumpeter, recording studio musician, band leader, singer/songwriter, and orchestra/band/choir director at First Baptist Church and Shiloh Christian School in Springdale, Arkansas. Webb oversees Bellevue’s ministry to new members and guests as well as the Lay Ministry. Webb has previously served Bellevue as Minister, Median Adults and Minister, Adults. Before coming to Bellevue, Webb served as Minister of Education at First Baptist Church in Galveston, Texas; Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia; and Ridgeway Baptist Church in Memphis. He holds a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Parks from Texas A&M University. Webb is married to Peggy.

Ryan leads worship for Bellevue Arlington, 11:11 Worship, and other church functions including Soul Mate Live. He is also the guitarist in the Bellevue Orchestra and assists in worship planning for Worship Services. Ryan is a published songwriter. Before coming to Bellevue, he served as Minister of Worship for College/Singles at First Baptist Church in Gardendale, Alabama. Ryan is married to Lindsey.

Karen Worrell serves as the Systems Administrator for Bellevue, and her responsibilities include coordinating systems and software, working as a liaison between ministries, and IT and software development for both new and existing systems. She previously served at Bellevue as Director, Information Systems; Director, Finance; Director, Data Services; and Senior Coordinator, Adults. Karen sings in the Bellevue Choir. Before coming to Bellevue, she worked as Financial Secretary at Ridgeway Baptist Church, taught music at Ridgeway Preschool, and taught piano in her home. Karen majored in Piano Pedagogy at the University of Memphis. Karen and her husband, Max, have three married daughters: Ashley, Brooke, and Rachel, and one granddaughter, Zoe.
